Property Walk & Takeoff Matrix

Our sales team walks the property and builds a takeoff for every floor plan you operate — 1/1, 2/2, 3/2, and beyond. We measure each model precisely and price by the right unit of measure — square yard, square foot, or linear foot — across the scenarios you actually order: full-unit replacement, bedrooms only, wet areas only, or any combination. Measuring each model isn't busywork; it's how we cut waste, keep your cost down, and guarantee an install that lasts. The result is a locked, per-model price sheet your team orders from instantly.

Account Setup & Per-Model Ordering

Once you approve the price sheet, we set your property up in our system with every model and scenario loaded. Placing an order becomes a single line — "2/2, wet areas" — by phone, SMS, email, or the client portal (coming soon). No measuring, no re-pricing, no back-and-forth.

Material Prep & Next-Day Crew

As soon as an order is placed, we prepare the material and ready the installation team. Our crews show up the next day with everything in hand, so the install runs as smoothly as possible.

Install & Virtual Quality Control

On install day, the installer evaluates the floor's condition and flags any extra prep needed to make the work last — always with your prior approval before proceeding. Before anyone leaves, our CX team reviews before-and-after photos. If everything passes, the installer is cleared to go. If not, it's fixed before they leave.

Same-Day / 24-Hour Guarantee

If something slips past virtual quality control and we need to return, we guarantee it — fixed the same day, or within 24 hours. No drawn-out callbacks.

Reviewed Invoice in 48 Hours

After completion, our dedicated CX billing team reviews the photos, pricing, and scope of work to confirm every charge matches what we promised. Within 48 hours of the install, you receive an invoice — with a link to the photos, showing 100% transparency.
